Having a team is essential to success because everybody needs help to be great in some type of way. A team helps bring ideas and goals into perspective and fruition. Elijah also explained within the interview that it is very important to know who your audience is and what they want to hear, He used the concept of indie record labels as a prime example of narrowing down ideas. ''Sometimes you have to narrow your audience down,'' said Elijah. when I first started my audience was all over the place but with the help of my team we narrowed it down." It's important to know your niche and what they want to hear." said the podcaster.

Today Elijah not only has one podcast but now has two with the second podcast being streamed live. He is an amazing podcaster with many unique contributions opinions and ideas within the journalism world. His fan base continues to grow by hundreds of listeners and more.
