The museum has two buildings in one location and has a broad variety of modern and contemporary art pieces. The museum also has pieces that date back to ancient times. Every room within the museum is set to a theme based on time period and era. In many ways, they do a wonderful job of setting the tone of certain time periods and taking you back in time to understand the era that is displayed.Amongst having great visual displays of art the museum caters to the community by giving children and teens free admission to any exhibition within the museum. Also, the museum promotes education by giving students classes and allowing third graders yearly access to take a tour of the museum to learn more about art history.
